We are always greeted with such kindness and warmth. I’m our pup Oka is a very VERY nervous gal at the vet and everyone is so sweet to her. She’s always greeted by name and offered treats. We have been fortunate enough to work with Dr. Andy, Dr. Courtney, and Dr. Derrick and every one of them is patient and considerate of Oka and her nerves. Dr. Courtney made a plan with us, she didn’t just say “let’s wait and see” and she went above and beyond on an answer she didn’t have experience with first hand. She FOUND the answer and tried the treatment we requested. The staff has been wonderful also. Scheduling was easy, they sounded happy to have us, and welcomed us when we arrived just as enthusiastically! Our Tech Nikki was kind, attentive, and caring. At check out I had to go over what was charged as I felt sure they had left something off our bill, but they didn’t. Everything about your vet office was great - and we were there for cancer treatment, so that’s no easy task!"

"Front desk staff was very friendly! They were on time (actually ahead of schedule). The vet-tech was SO nice! I appreciated her care and concern for Karl and being sweet to him during his exam. We saw a temp Dr. who was fantastic! Very informative and incredibly nice. She also had reviewed his records before we arrived so she knew his history and was ready with some questions for us. This was our 1st time visiting this clinic and we're beyond happy with the service and care we received."
