"I generally feel vets are extremely expensive and they are but animals are our babies. Eastlake understands that and does there best. They are pushy and say you should such and such, they give options, are honest about what each options means and helps when they can. I have had vets do stuff without even communicating to me until after the gave a shot, took blood, squeezed something, whatever and charged me out the wazoo!! Not Eastlake they tell you exactly how much they are taking out your wazoo first! If you can’t afford it, they don’t and they try to help with a cheaper alternative. I also feel like they take their time with animals and us so I don’t really mind if there is a wait."
"We have been bringing our dogs here for 6 years and we feel they have done a great job. More so with the new ownership/teams in place. We appreciate the positive attitude from the front desk staff all the way up. Not sure why, but our dog still gets excited to go after all of his surgeries. :) Keep up the great service."
