"Better than Great!! When shopping for a refrigerator, my wife and I visited the MHA clearance center. We were greeted by a magnificent sales person named John Craft - who is indeed, good at his Craft. (Pun intended) A month or so later, we returned to look again, and found out John was not a regular employee of that location, but a fill in. We couldn't locate his business card, and the employee who was at the store was unable to assist in helping us find him. Bummer right? We reached out to Sean McLeod who immediately responded to our inquiry, and was SUPER helpful in helping us to locate John Craft's contact information. Long story short, these two AWESOME fella's made a great sale, and we are more than stoked on the fridge we purchased. No lie, these gentlemen are amazing at what they do, and were more than helpful. When our 15-year-old Bosch dishwasher died we called and spoke with a sales associated named Phillip Borgenicht, who provided a wealth of good information over the phone and urged us to come see a range of alternative choices. We went over that afternoon and had a very efficient evaluation and decision process which ended in us buying a KitchenAide unit at a significant (sale) discount. Phillip knew his products to a tee and was straightforward about their various pros and cons. He was courteous and respectful of the value of our time.
