I am always very anxious to take my dog anywhere due to his dog reactivity and I’m even more anxious to hand him off to someone else. I feel comfortable taking him to Petco for nail trims and I will continue to take him. I am very appreciative whenever they can make time for him because I understand how busy they can be."

She schedules ahead of time for me and updates me if any shots are needed. Sammy is a role model for all groomers."

"My dog looks great and is so happy. Staff is lovely and caring. I just wish someone had told me when I dropped her off that I need to be able to pick her up as soon as she is done, as they don’t have much kennel space and it is a hard floor, and that they’re not allowed to take the dogs outside to pee. We had a 9am appointment and were told 3-4 hours. She was done in under 3 which was awesome, except that I was across town at my daughter’s class and couldn’t get back until 1:45. Now that I know, I’ll make sure to schedule our next appointment accordingly and will be nearby with more flexibility. Just a heads up for anyone scheduling for their first time!"
