"I did enjoy coming here to get my golden doodle groomed. Took her there since she was able to get groomed(2years), but the last few visit weren’t want I wanted and it was always a different groomer. The last time I went I didn’t even speak to the groomer that was going to groom her because they weren’t there yet. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved down and I was super upset about it. I called to let them know that I was unsatisfied, and I was told that I would receive a callback from owner/boss and never did. I am in the customer service industry so I expected to at least get a call back. That being said, I am now taking my business elsewhere."
