"The absolute best place in Denver to buy everything I need for my pets! Nicole and Killian have both spent loads of time thoughtfully walking me through solutions for my fussy and toothless elder kitty, my ravenous younger kitty, and my rescue pup with allergies. They are incredibly knowledgeable, love animals, and best of all - the store has a generous return policy. If something doesn’t work, I bring it back and all that product gets donated to local rescues and NOT put in dumpsters like every other chain. My only complaint is they no longer ship to Santa Fe, so my Mom has had to find a new place to order her supplies from. Can’t say enough good things about Nicole and Killian’s vast knowledge and passionate customer service!"
