"Amazing customer service! I don't know anything about bikes but the gentlemen who helped me is knowledgeable and shares the knowledge with you. He showed me several bikes to look at and try! Definitely coming back!"
"I am a bicycle traveler who had the crankset to clean, I went to 505 Cycles, they took me directly, very professional and efficient. They gave me socks and a hamburger. Best bike shop of my trip! Thanks guys !"
"Highest prices in town. Supplements were priced $25 more than any where else. Will never come back. Unfortunately msrp on your supplements according to my own search is still $20 higher. At another shop in town the exact same package was $55 +tax. Yours was $76 total. Online they are around $65."
"Worst customer service I ever had to deal with at a bike shop. There is an older man (Del Werito) that works there who is very rude and obnoxious. I bought a couple bikes here in the past when that specific person was not there and the customer service was great. But ever since then he has always been there and is the worst person to deal with. He starts off every interaction with a rude comment or remark. I think he thinks its funny but man he turns a good day into a bad one every time. Its worth driving out of town to get bike parts or buy a bike, just so I don't have to deal with that troll guy. Its weird, every other bike shop I been to, everyone is super helpful, friendly and chill, but this old guy at this shop is the complete opposite. I highly recommend going somewhere else to get a bike."
"I give this shop a 5 star rating. I recently bought my 27.5 Specialized Fuse bike from there and I love it. Ask for Dale, he has great customer service and he was able to get my bike out the door the same day. I will definitely be going back for more purchases."
