7-Eleven

"Doesn’t matter if I come in at 5 am during the week on my way to work or 9 am On the weekends. If the guy that looks like he’s from India is working, there will not be any coffee made accept 7 select and decaf. Every other 711 always has Brazilian and Columbian made also. Most of us who start our morning before the sun is up during the week prefer a stronger coffee than 7 select. After walking in several different times and having to go somewhere else afterwords, wasting my time and gas every time going there, I said something about it and he just gave me an attitude about it. I simply asked why there is never any other coffees made when he’s working. That he’s the only employee that doesn’t make columbian and brazilian for those of us who prefer a stronger coffee. He said “If you don’t like what’s out, go somewhere else,” I will no longer shop at this 711. Which is unfortunate because it’s the closest gas station to my house. More of an inconvenience store than a convenience store."

"Bring back Tiffany. She made that store so much better. She kept it clean, organized, and she had the best customer service ever."

"Air pump is garbage that costs $2. Hose too short, it requires holding the nozzle to the tire because it just charges a little air and then bursts it out so you can't just wait for the compressor to fill you have to bend over and hold it the whole time. Not gonna go somewhere without a free compressor anyway but at least it should work normally. Oh and quarter slot was blocked and jammed."

"The staff here are mostly amazing. I’ve been a regular here for years and I’ve never had a problem until now. Tammy, Tiffany, Francesca, they’re all amazing. However tonight I stopped by and Makayla yelled at me, threatened to call the cops on me and even invited her bf to the store to laugh at me and whisper at him while laughing at me. It was hurtful and scary. I felt unsafe. I’ve never had this problem with anyone else. I know now not to come when Makayla is working but why should I have to feel this way??? It’s a public store for Christ's sake :( when I first showed up to buy some hot Cheetos she postured angrily and muttered something under her breath. This woman needs to be fired…"

"I came in at 7:30pm on February 14 to heat my dinner and buy gas, after having a very bad time elsewhere. I went to all 3 other gas stations near the freeway exit, and the man who was working here at this 7 eleven was the ONLY respectful and polite one. At one of the other gas stations, I was directly ordered to remove my veil, which I refused, and they yelled at me to get out. That makes me think that my veil was the reason they were so mean to me at the other stations too. The clerk here was the only one that showed any kind of respect for me. He made me feel better. He helped me use the microwave for my noodles, and he even ran behind the counter to open the door for me when I was struggling. Of course, I bought my gas HERE. Gas stations should know that having good men like this clerk working there, can mean the difference between making sales and having repeat business, or losing money. I don't know how 7 Eleven snagged this employee, but they are lucky to have him. Very good customer service. When nobody was checking out, he stayed busy with his job duties, cleaning and organizing. What a wonderful clerk. I recommend this 7 Eleven if he's working. I didn't catch his name, so I included the date and time in case management reads this."
