"Inside of the store was very clean and organized But the outside was dirty with trash all infront of the store. The parking lot was disgusting with trash."
"The store is not rude and it has my good toys even smashers!"
"I thought this was for bargain shopping?? I bought a 12 can variety pack of 9 lives wet cat food for $8.50 not including tax! When at Walmart the same item was only 7.98. What the heck! Family Dollar is much more expensive than Walmart that's crazy! For 1 can 9 lives is $0.70 at family Dollar compared to Walmart for one can of friskies, a better brand for $0.73. also the baby buntz cakes are same price at Walmart. I noticed other things were more expensive than Walmart like they're q-tips were over $3 and you can get the same q-tips at Walmart for $1.98. or you can get them at the Dollar tree for a $1.30 because the Dollar tree is in a dollar anymore either. I feel that people go to family Dollar and Dollar tree to get bargains and stuff for a lot cheaper but in this instance they're ripping people off big time I couldn't believe it I even thought to myself wow this cat food seems very expensive so when I got home I did some research and by golly it sure was. So FYI you're not gtting a bargain and you go to family Dollar to get ripped off with cheap products that cost a bundle . .."
"My recent visit to Family Dollar left much to be desired. The cashier, a tall individual with tattoos, displayed unprofessionalism by neglecting basic greetings and exhibiting a dismissive attitude. To make matters worse, the counter blared explicit music, creating an uncomfortable environment for families with children. The unkempt parking lot filled with trash only added to the overall disappointing experience. Improvement in customer service and store maintenance is evidently needed."
"Happened 1/24/24. The manager at this store is pure garbage. I asked for help she goes up front where the register is and literally doesn’t even pretends that she’s doing something. They called her up there they needed assistance like a code put in. She walks past me I confirm she’s a mgr and asked her to come unlock something I was trying to purchase. I waited and watched her assist her rep. Then she stood up there on her phone. I got inline and asked the cash register to help she stood behind her not looking up from her phone. If you don’t like your damn job quit. The general manager should be embarrassed damn manager can’t even unlock an item. The ppl at cash register was polite as always. I’d leave no stars cause I was waiting and had shxt to do after this stop!"
