"I love the variety they have, but I've yet to check if they carry nonalcoholic beverages. The walk around staff aren't very knowledgeable about what they sell. And the cashiers aren't always friendly. I've had good shopping days here and bad ones as well."

"This store unfortunately lacks integrity. I placed an online order and scheduled a pickup window. I tried calling the store to see if it was ready for pickup but none answered and it just rang multiple times. I sent a email to them to confirm pickup and still received no response. I figure they said the order was filled so drive down there to pick it up. When I arrive I get there only to talk with staff about the order and they said they would try and get it filled. After 10 minutes of looking they weren’t sure if they had the product in stock. They call the owner who then said they could not fill the order. I explained I received email stating the order was processed and ready for pickup and that I tried calling the store and he said the phone lines were down, and I told him I also tried communicating via email and he was upset, rude and stated they wouldn’t be filling the order. I requested my money back and they said it wouldn’t happen right away and would take 24-48 hours to be refunded. Very poor customer service, and little integrity. Will not shops here again!!!"

"I am out of town and like to try different stores to shop for bourbon I can't find at home. The selection here is AWESOME. The prices are also very reasonable, either at or just a small amount above MSRP, most were at MSRP. If you're wanting allocated, you can avoid this store as a traveler. They use a loyalty points system which you need 500 points to buy a bottle from this section. The prices on these bottles were elevated, $140 for Weller 12, but I still applaud this store for being loyal to loyal customers."
