Ross Dress for Less

"I’m starting to not want to shop at Ross’s anymore. There’s always deals on clothing, but it takes me less time to shop than to stand in line to actually buy something. That isn’t a problem with just this one location either. Regularly, there’s but one register open for the entire store at the busiest times of day no matter what location. A few times, I’ve gotten so frustrated by this that I abandoned my cart and left the store, but thankfully, today isn’t the worst, so I’ll deal with the line while it gives me time to write this long winded review."

"I like purchasing name brand items for a discount but this Ross is different from the others. They don't say welcome to Ross when customers walk in. The employees have attitudes. When I addressed the issue with the manager, she had an attitude too."

"They’ve been doing a great job keeping the store stocked and orderly. I’ve been to Ross stores that are all disheveled and this is not one of them. Good prices on lots of off brand clothing and home goods, although not everything is a good deal. Sometimes the check out lines are long and slow."

"The ladies stocking and who are managers or they say, are rude and no customer service. I would never recommend this place. It is cold, un- welcoming and the Mexican ladies who barely know english are the worse ladies I've ever encounter in a store. Don't waste ur money, go to a different Ross!"

"They really need to hire more employees! This place was an absolute disaster! It's an embarrassment to Stapleton. I'd be embarrassed if I work there! I enjoy shopping at Ross, the one off of Colorado Boulevard is always clean and tidy. This one off of Quebec was absolutely trashed! I'll pray for you guys, you definitely need it! God bless!"
