She assisted me when I wanted an opinion, and she even brought me clothes she thought would look good on me. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a store. The other woman who was there was also very friendly. Will be back soon!"

"I have been a regular customer of Cabi for years. Went in this morning (during Covid) I noticed note on the door that appointments are needed for fitting rooms. I walk in, I’m the only one in the store. I politely ask the woman working if I can make an appointment and she’s says they are booked for today! There was no one there! She was so rude when I questioned her response and turned her back to me. I don’t think I’ll be going back and I love their clothes. FYI, maybe have this appointment info on the outlet website. Very disappointed in such a rude person representing Cabi. Sad!"

"Purchased several outfits from here and one outfit was terrible quality. The shirt and top were falling apart after one wear. Went to exchange and was treated as if I stole the product and purposely ruined it. Then was told if I wanted anything to be done I would need to speak to manager. I asked to speak with her and was told she was off that day and the next. They were rude, uncaring to me as a customer and the clothes were not quality. I will never shop here again because they did not value or trust me as a customer."
