Nordstrom Rack

"I have been shopping here for years ...it's hit and miss. I feel like it's gone downhill. 1) I had to try 3 shopping carts before I found one that worked 2) I like to try a lot of clothing the carts are small 3) So many items shoved in a small space where sizes are mixed up 4) No three way-mirror to see the outfit and dressing rooms are extremely small ....Feels like a bargain basement warehouse :("

"It is clearly stated that products purchased from Nordstrom Internet will be returned from nordstrom rack but when I go to the store, the employee says something different She said that products purchased from Nordstrom cannot be refunded from rack. Even the employees didn't seem to know this. I had no choice but to go back to the department store and was charged a $2 parking fee. (Nordstrom Rack Cherry Creek Denver)"

"Most of what Nordstrom Rack now sells seems to be of inferior quality, like scads of fake plastic leather. Most is cheap. I did find a fabulous designer dress in the 40 percent off clearance sale but it was chained up and then carried by an employee to the dressing room where i tried it on. When i decided to buy it i was escorted by an employee who took the dress to the counter where i could claim it. Still it was a great dress and on the clearance about sale very reasonable. I almost bought a great pair of designer boots but they didnt fit. All employees were terrific and helpful. ."

"We went here today, as we went to check out Marlene was scanning the items, we notice the price on the stuff that was in clearance. The price had be more than it should’ve been and some of the stuff was dirty. When we told her she got rude about it and said that people put the shoes on and walk around in the store & that everything had a red tag that’s clearance. So I went back to clearance and none of the shoes has red stickers. The store was pretty tossed around, everything in different sections and stuff on the floors."

"My rating is actually 5-stars, but until this particular store hires a Denver police officer to stop theft, it will remain a one-star review. I will change my review to five stars if and when you hire armed security. Today I witnessed a tall man, with a hoodie, a huge backpack and multiple bags walk out of the store with the alarm bells going off left and right. A security guard which this store hired just walked out with the thief, pulled out his cell phone and went on about his business as if nothing ever happened. Other shoppers saw the same thing I did and could not understand why this petty thief was just allowed to walk out. When we checked out, the cashier told us that security never stops anyone, which makes me wonder why they hire someone with a security labeled shirt who does absolutely nothing. Worse, I personally feel insecure. The failure of this store to act in stopping a crime to itself is akin to abetting the crime itself. You can bet other bad players will follow in the footsteps of this thief and create crime all over the neighborhood because of this failure to act. Nordstrom, DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!! or we will become the next San Francisco or Los Angeles or Portland -- this is not right in any book and will cause the neighborhood to go downhill. This incident happened 30 September 2023, 1800-1900 hours at this Colorado Blvd. Nordstrom Rack location. You have cameras that you can review. And if letting people steal from you is NOT your policy, then fire your manager -- this manager is useless. UPDATE: As I noted in the post above, management did respond and posted a scary looking (in a good way) security guy upfront. Good. Much less likely that low-lifes will simply try to walk out with stolen goods. Keep up with security!"
