"Came in for a brand new board, and had a little bit of an issue with an accocuate. Called and spoke to the store manager Nathan... HE WAS AMAZING! TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TAKING CARE OF HIS STORE AND CUSTOMERS! I wasn't happy at first, but because of him my family and I will absolutely be returning! 5 star review only because of him! THANK YOU NATHAN!!!!"

"I was there at 8:10 pm and the doors were locked, I don’t know if it’s an issue with google and Apple Maps saying it closed at 9pm, but it’s annoying when I drove out here purely to grab some stuff real quick and it was closed."

"Normally wouldn't bother with a review about a retail store, however my son is newly into skateboarding and wanted to check out what they had at zumiez. He was very excited when he discovered the back wall of the store and all the options they had available. He is new to the sport and had lots of questions about the different tools, trucks, grip tape and more. The young lady that helped us was beyond friendly knowledgeable, and supportive. She wrestled old grip tape off my son's hand-me-down board and helped put on a fresh one. She explained to him the different settings and options for the different parts of his board. And gave him a little history of how she started out, which got him excited because he could relate. She was encouraging and helped get him excited to head to the skate park. I sincerely appreciate her passion and that she shared it with my son. He's definitely a fan of the store and now we visit frequently to see what's new."

"I highly recommend this shop. My daughters just took up skateboarding and I decided buy a board of my own (reliving the glory days, I guess). The staff was incredibly friendly; they walked me through all of my options and made great recommendations. They know their stuff and made my buying experience a great one. We'll definitely be coming back to this store for all our future gear."
