"Worst shopping experience of my life I would need all the salmon in the store to make my day better"
"Every sprouts location I have went to has been exceptional. However, this location in Parker Colorado has been in a steady decline over the last two years. Unwilling and unknowledgeable employees who aren’t willing to provide the customer service that is embedded in sprouts business model. For example, I asked the butcher on duty if they had a particular cut of meat And the response was no because I don’t know what that is. Approaching the manager she said well do you want the meat or not? Just today on February 17, my daughter and I walked into the sprout store and there was a stench of rotting meat that was so strong that even my four-year-old looked at me and said daddy bleh can we go. I don’t know whether representatives from sprouts corporate have visited this location lately, especially undercover because I think that they would draw the same conclusions that we have as a family. The shelves are continuously unstocked and some of the items you would expect a sprouts locations are not there. However, you can go right down the street to King Soopers or drive the extra 25 minutes to Wholefoods and those items will be readily available with a helpful customer service staff. Additionally, even though I understand the need to move away from plastic bags, the rest of the industry is still providing paper for times in need. Sprouts has made no consideration for the fact that sometimes grocery runs are unplanned, and that means that every time you decide to go to sprouts you will be charged an extra two dollars for a bag to carry your goods as they have not sourced a cheaper more sustainable option for their customers. As someone who is not in this industry I know for a fact that there is probably a cheaper option out there that does not cost two dollars per bag. This location will serve in a pinch but it should be avoided as a regular stop."
"Quality produce at the same price (and sometimes lower) than big name grocery chains. The only store where I could find a duck to roast for Christmas. Friendly employees, too."
"This location is awesome! It's always stocked well with good quality produce. I also find what I need on nutritional items like vitamins and supplements. One of the only places to find Farmer's milk in returnable containers as well. I shop here often for a reason!"
"Staff is always friendly and helpful. When I was shopping here recently, I accidentally dropped my wallet. It’s never a fun moment to misplace your possessions. I called Sprouts after retracting my steps. Josh took my call when I reached out and quickly located it for me. I’m grateful for the kindness and honesty of those who work here. I doubt most places would be this helpful at returning valuables."
