"I have been a customer for about a year now and always have great experiences in the store but today as I was checking out I had my jellycat bag with me with my stuff and key chains on it mind you and this older store employee touches me and my bag and says you gonna pay for that luckily the cashier told her I came in with the bag bc she wasn't listening what I had to say also yes I still have the tag on mine it's a collectors 25th anniversary has there store sticker no where on it needless to say I probably won't be going back to this store anytime soon.i also think this is unacceptable behavior to act towards a loyal paying customer"

"A great local toy shop feels so important and rare anymore. It’s a well curated selection!"

"The toy store itself is lovely - so many great gift ideas for children. However, it's all very overpriced compared to Amazon. I'd love to support local, but when I can save a big chunk of change by shopping on Amazon, it's very hard to do that. Examples: -Gund stuffed animal: $34.99 at Grandrabbits, $24.99 on Amazon -Settlers of Catan Board Game: $59.99 at Grandrabbits, $26.99 on Amazon If prices were maybe $1-$5 more, I could justify supporting a local store. But can't justify this when prices are $10-$33 more. They also have little pieces of candy for sale in store - $1 for a single Halloween sized gummy pack when I can buy a 175 piece candy bag from Costco for $20 (or smaller bags from another grocery store for much cheaper). Additionally, their actions during COVID were pretty disappointing (extended time with mask mandates, and medically discriminated when hiring new workers). This makes it even more difficult to justify supporting local. We'll continue to browse this store for ideas, but won't be spending much of our money here."

"I live in Illinois and come to Colorado often to see my grandkids. We found Grand Rabbits and they loved it! I also brought my daughter back a few days later so she knew exactly where the kids wanted to go. The store is lovely, well organized, and offers something for all ages. Wonderful book selection and lots of great ideas for baby shower gifts and birthdays. My only negative is the additional 4% charge if I want to use a credit/debit card. It’s a real turn off being charged extra, just add a couple of cents onto each item."

"Most wonderful toy store I've ever been in! The staff are so friendly and help you to find exactly what you want. And when I signed up for rewards (for free), I've been saving money. I love this place. It makes me happy just to be there. Such a great selection of children's books, too. And Legos galore. And jigsaw puzzles, one of which a family member is buying me (I'm old) for Christmas. Can't say enough good things about this Grandrabbit's Toy Shoppe!"
