The Southwest plaza location was the only store that had my favorite jacket and Emma stayed late to make sure that I was able to pick it up! The clothes they have are absolutely amazing! The way I feel wearing nice clothing is priceless!! I always feel so nice in my new outfits and it's really made a difference in helping me love myself."

"Went into torrid to buy my mom a shirt and was indecisive. Had a sweet employee zariah help me decide and she showed me other shirts to choose from as well as having great customer service she actually interacted with me nicely. But it seemed the other 2employees felt the need to take her away from me to go do other tasks. I work retail and have a few years of experience so I understand work doesn't just consist of completing tasks, but to also make the customer feel welcomed and want to shop there again. Now I don't feel comfortable anymore to go back and have her customer service because I'm afraid she might get in trouble. I just didn't understand the micromanaging vibe I was getting from the other 2. I'm giving it 5 starts because the minute we walked in she was helpful letting us know the deals and even offered to help us decide. Great store though."
