"I was getting frustrated with nasty people and week-long wait times at a competitor pharmacy. I switched my medications to this Walgreens, and it's been so great! Sometimes they're busy, but they've always been friendly and can fill things pretty quickly, usually same day (unless they need to order it, which is usually next day). Most of all, I'd like to say thank you to Ryan in the pharmacy for taking the time on the phone with me to explain my coverages and some workarounds that could help with an insurance issue (not Walgreens' fault). He was friendly and professional and took the time to really help me. Thank you Ryan!"

"Pharmacy here is top notch. The main guy who leads the team is so helpful and funny and kind. All the other pharmacists are polite, friendly and helpful - none are judgemental as it stands January 2024. Definitely pick this place to get your prescriptions refilled, the other Walgreens pharmacies on Federal should be shutdown they are so bad. Can't speak about the store, but most all Walgreens stores freaking suck. At least the pharmacists here actually rock."

"I made an appointment for a COVID vaccine and got confirmation by text. Arrived to find the pharmacy was closed because they didn’t have a pharmacist, but they told me I could go to another location (about 4 miles away) and get a shot. I drove to the other location and they said they were fully booked and had no appointments. I understand that things happen but I got zero communication letting me know the pharmacy wouldn’t be open for my original appointment and then was sent to another location that had no appointments. Went to Costco instead and was helped out immediately as a walk-in. This was just further confirmation for me that this Walgreens (and all the others in the area that I’ve been to) are terribly mis-managed and the frustration of dealing with them far outweighs any convenience they might have to offer."

"The pharmacy line was long but they are managing the best they can (two nearby pharmacies that I tried to go to were closed due to shortage of workers). Plan ahead and be patient. Even though the line was long the staff was working extra hard in this store to try to meet needs. Brent did an amazing job trying to fill prescriptions and give COVID-19 Pfizer shots. The pharmacy techs were also great. Yes they are out of things but they had what I came in for which is my favorite skincare line VANICREAM. I purchased the VANICREAM sunscreen."
