I tried to return a defective item and was met with rude, visibly angry staff members that couldn't care less that I just wasted $170.00 of my hard earned money. When I asked if there was anything that could be done, I was told that I could wait for the "general manager" to come back from lunch. If you want quality merchandise sold by people who actually care about what they do, then I advise finding someplace else to shop. I've had better customer service at the DMV."
