"Pretty horrible so far. We ordered a bike online understanding that it would be back ordered for a few months. Ready Set Pedal sent an email confirmation that the bike was shipping including a FedEx tracking number. Based on this we sold my daughter's old bike that weekend. The next week they send an email saying it hasn't shipped and won't ship until late summer. So now my 8 year old is without a bike the whole summer. I called the manufacturer directly and arranged to have one of their inventory transferred to Ready Set Pedal so they could ship it. I was told I would see a shipping notification the next day. Here it is 48 hours later and I have no shipping label, they have charged me over $500 for a bike they can't deliver, my daughter has no bike, and they have stopped answering the phone. Excellent way to conduct a business."

"Amazing experience! I’ve been looking for weeks for a Frog bike for our son,which during Covid-19 there is a current six month lead time from the factory. Chris helped guide me as to which model and size would be best based on our needs — and then noted they had a VERY gently used model in stock. Paid over the phone and two days later it was on my doorstep in San Francisco. Bike was packaged securely and I put it together in 10 minutes. I was a bit nervous about buying such an expensive kids bike sight unseen, but everything exceeded my expectations. Great product, excellent customer service, what else do you need?"

"Delayed my order to avoid honoring a special. Claimed the product was out of stock, but yet I could order the same helmet at a higher price.... I pointed this out to the customer service and they canceled my order with the excuse that they have not updated the website with "out of stock". So, I must ask how they found the time to increase the price?"

The bicycle was exactly what I expected, the price was perfectly reasonable, and when I called their customer service number, a rep got back to me very quickly and was extremely helpful.
