"Customer service does not exists within this company. They take your money and don't care after the order is placed. Our hands are tied with this company as they supply our sons baseball league uniforms. Reached out to see if we could swap out pant sizes that were WAY too big for baseball. Response is “Orders are custom made. We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or substitutions after store is closed.” Crazy as I ordered the exact pants on Amazon after. So not so custom… Just shocked a company can’t be solution based to assist customers."
