"I've been calling for just one question for LITERALLY 45 minutes and no answer. Terrible customer service. I finally walked in and walked out immediately after seeing my phone call was blatantly Ignored by the employees right before my eyes. Ridiculous how hard it is to pick up the phone when they were already on their own phone's. There's better locations to shop for the same clothing.Just came back to try an exchange the item they messed up and flat out rejected it.charged me again and refused to fix the mess up on their end"

"Visiting from Carbondale.Co. Store supervisor Alejandro was completely rude to my wife. Horrible customer service and will never return to that location. His employees rolled their eyes at his behavior too. Snapped at my wife who was trying on pants! Think he was looking over dressing room door while she was changing as well! Can't believe anyone runs a business this way. Don't waste your time at the GEN X in Arvada, ever."

"Used to love this store and was so happy when it moved closer to home. I've got at least 15 color choices if their sweatsuit. Well of recently u can only buy the sweatsuits in pairs so u can not mix and match sizes. My bottom half is a 2x and my top maybe a medium but they have literally made it impossible to do so by putting security tags to connect them. It's also very misleading this way because only one price tag is visible so it's the impression that the entire sweatsuit is the price of the top but when they take the security tag off at register, the second tag becomes visible. Manager rude and unable to take accountability for the misleading information. Will not be shopping here any longer. Shame."

"It’s a good place don’t get me wrong, the clothes are nice, it’s the main manager or wtvr his position is, I went inside and was lookin around, and had to go to the restroom, so I went, came back out and the manager or wtvr started yelling at me sayin I was trespassing, started cussing me out, threatened to call the cops, and I just told him “dude I didn’t see no sign so I’m sorry” and then he kicked me out the store. Good store, great products, just don’t go inside to use the restroom unless u wanna get kicked out"

"They wouldn’t let me in with my Service dog. Don’t bother to spend your hard earned money here especially people with disabilities. Talk about breaking the law. Awful people and awful management."
