"The on-staff manager or rather shift lead I dealt with on 11/5/23 gets 5 stars in unprofessional customer service skills. You are in the customer service industry and fail miserably. I called to verify if my lost credit card happened to be turned in and to leave my contact info if it did. I was hung up on for asking "With whom do I have the pleasure of speaking?". I called again and asked why did she hang up on me and her response was that she didn't give out her name and was told to stop calling before hanging up on me a second time. I will update this review with her name after I speak with corporate."

"Avoid at all costs! I had a 4:15 appointment for a vaccination. I arrived at 4:25 and waited in line for about 10 minutes to get checked-in. I was told to take a seat and I would be called soon for the vaccination. I patiently waited for 65 minutes and then waited in line again to see if they had forgotten my appointment. Nope - I was second in line. Over the past 65 minutes, only two vaccinations were given. I left and scheduled an appointment with King Soopers for 6:15. I arrived at KS at 6:15 and had my vaccination by 6:25. Avoid Walgreens - their customer service is atrocious and they are never punctual."

"My recent experience at this Walgreens was decent but not exceptional. The store was well-organized, and the staff was courteous. However, I found some of their prices to be higher than other local pharmacies, and the selection was somewhat limited. Additionally, there was a bit of a wait at the pharmacy counter. On the positive side, they had a good selection of over-the-counter medications and toiletries. It's a convenient option for quick shopping, but for better deals and a broader range of products, I might explore other options."

"After going to a different walgreens for passport photos I was told to go to this location because there was no staff. I decided to call first since everytime I go in the staff here is rude for no reason. I was told they could not do passport photos because they did not have help. I asked to speak with a manager to better understand why passport photos are advertised as a service if they are not actually doing the service, but the woman on the phone was really snarkey and would not actually let me talk to her. I used to work at walgreens and we were trained in all departments to offer all services and we did it with a smile. It seemed like she just didn't feel like working tonight."

"Horrible. Multiple times this store has closed early or not opened without notice. The most recent time I had a photo order placed, they called said they were closing and that they couldn't fulfill the order. I said it was okay to do a pickup after the weekend was over and the employee said they aren't even sure if they have enough photo paper to print the photos (all of 11) then asked if I wanted to use a different store. I was asking if they could transfer the order the employee hung up on me and apparently just canceled my order entirely. Awesome job - this branch should just make it official and close for good."
