"The line is always horrible. 1 pm, 5pm, Twice I have waited and wasted my entire hour lunch break and been late back to work and twice I’ve left empty handed because I don’t have time for their cashiers to wrap up their conversations. Great selection if you have 1+ hours to wait to check out though."

"I went in to return one five dollar item. There was a line wrapped around the store that would have taken an hour. I was told by the manager I had to wait in line for an hour to return my $5 item. Ridiculous. Horrible customer service. This place has always been rude and the manager is horrible."
"I love both if these stores, but they were in total disarray yesterday. I know it's getting close to the holidays, and lots of restocking and merchandising is happening,, but it was hard to walk through the stores and find anything. I'm sure given another week everything may be organized!! Both stores are very favorites if mine, so I will go back!!"
