"Really nice store - a lot of options. I do wish they had a better return policy (it’s all final sale) and that they wouldn’t stock any shoes on the top shelf — it’s nearly impossible to see what is in the boxes and I’m relatively tall at 5’8”!"
"I love this place! I can always find shoes for all 4 of my children, husband and self for a low price! Just an FYI all sales are final so returns are not accepted but definitely worth checking out.."
"I was in this store and J.D. went a ove beyond, even went to the back to look for what I needed with lots and lots of other customers shopping for Christmas. This was excellent service and with a smile. She deserves a raise."
"Lots of choices but lots of them are just plain ugly. Security at the door, although not too expensive."
"Not sure what the difference is between a clearance store and an outlet store? First things first. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Now that's out the way, went on opening day, and there was a wide selection of Men's and kids merchandise. Not a large selection of women's but good enough, and there is a plus sized women's rack (just a rack). The store was well stocked when I got there, but a lot of good things were flying off the shelves the longer I shopped (as expected). "Sneakerheads" were raiding the shelves of anything worth money, so there's that. I hope they're able to keep the floors replenished going into the Holiday season, but overall there was a good selection of merchandise. There were a few Tshirts, kids gear and women's hoodies for $9.99 but the average price point for merch is between $19.99-$39.99. Shoes range from about $24.99-$99. I was able to snag me a pair of women's AF1s for about $49, but that was very limited. It's well below the price I was planning on paying on their main Nike website a few weeks ago. Almost by half. So I'm good with that. We did end up spending about $450 in the store. (That's about 3 pairs of shoes, 10 hoodies/jackets and 2 pairs of pants) The staff was friendly, but not very helpful. Their go-to phrases were either "I don't know" or everything is out on the floor. Which was also not truthful cause they kept bringing out tons of merchandise and shoes from the back stock room as I shopped. Shopping there is just really a matter of luck with timing. They do random shoe drops throughout the week, but unfortunately, you don't know which shoe, or what time. Overall a good experience, but if you've shopped in a Nike outlet store before it's the same experience. I just love that this location is closer to me."
