"The rudest employee I could ever encounter Alec is the most unprofessional employee. My boyfriend and l spent $1000 dollars. It was 10 minutes till closing and we decided to make a purchase m. Unfortunately l came out to the sunlight and realized my sunglasses had a scratch I try to come in a couple days later to exchange them. And Alec told me to leave the store he refused to help me. After he knew that we were in a rush that day because it was the same employee. I understand the policy but there are ways to tell people things and not just asking them to leave.
