"Zero stars if I could! I came to return a coat drove an hour from Evans . They said I could get store credit since I had apparently brought the wrong receipt. I was fine going that route but the guy helping me insisted on trying to get it back on my card via their “voice approval” dial number. Then the manager came over and they tried to return it he even asked me for my cards last four. Only to be made felt like a criminal by the manager telling me “we’re not going to be able to go further with this transaction” I said that’s ok I don’t mind doing the store credit then” he then proceeded to make it seem like it was a fraudulent charge and he said he could not discuss this on his end even though I came in and purchased it myself for a Christmas gift. I told him he could check the records that I came in and bought it and this is all on my account. They then refused to do the transaction at all making it seem like if I did something wrong with my own money! I can’t believe I almost gave them five stars for trying to fix the situation only for the manager to rudely cancel the transaction as a whole. The hell kind of service are you doing without even giving me any proof of what happened just to make me feel like I stole it something what a joke of a manager"

"Sadie at the jewelry counter at Flat Irons Crossing location in CO is a rock star! Due to another dept store not delivering my order, a call to Sadie in the midst of the holiday madness and she found the watch, pulled it, held it for me and an hour later I was headed home with a very important gift for my son. There are still people out there with strong a work ethic and pride in what they do! Thank you so much Sadie! Merry Christmas to all!"

"This store should be self service for everything. They never have anyone here. I have been at the kids’ shoe department for 45 min. No one to help. Many employees have asked by and I have asked for help and they say they will call someone to come here. O even called the store to let them know I needed help and they said they were having someone here soon and it has been 20 min. How disrespectful."

"I'm not a suit and tie kind of guy, wore one a handful of times and only been fitted once for a wedding. But after meeting RJ, at the men's department... He fitted me a suit and helped me pick out a few items, that really made my posture and stance look more professional. I will be visiting more often because of him. Thanks!"
