"I had the BEST experience in this store on 1/1/24 @ 11:30ish. Went in there with the kiddo; they wanted Empire jeans but is a smaller size. He found ALL of the styles that had them and was so extremely helpful with keeping kiddo getting the biggest bang for their Christmas $. Honestly, I haven't had an experience like that in retail in a LONG time! Really wish I had gotten his name!"

"My 9 year old son and I have visited this location a few times but yesterday was not a good experience. We enter the store to blaring music, I could barely hear my son over it. We were quickly greeted by a friendly employee, so I give that person real credit there. The volume was offensive enough, but the words were so much worse. Nearly every word we've ever asked our kids to not use was blared on those speakers for the whole 3 minutes we were there. I finally left when the N-word was heard for the 5th time. Does Zumiez not care about parents shopping with their kids in that location? I don't care if this makes me sound like a boomer, that experience was offensive and no one should be asked to deal with that when children are around. I want to return to this store because my son enjoys it. Hopefully they can tone down both the volume and the crude choices in music."

"My family and I have been to a couple of other Zumiez locations in Colorado and nowhere are the employees as nice as they are at this location. Jacob in particular was incredibly helpful and nice. Give that kid a raise because no one cares about good customer service anymore and he is the perfect example of it. He asked how he could help us as soon as we walked in and he helped me build my ideal board. It’s refreshing to not feel like one is bothering an employee when asking questions. Definitely going to make this our regular shop now."
