"Went shopping at 6 pm Sunday. Went to the deli and it took forever for 1 of two people ( other girl was actively washing dishes) to even acknowledge me. Finally Linda (dark haired older women) rudely asked what I wanted. Her attitude was horrible like I was putting her out. She dropped my cheese after slicing and bagging it. Not sure where it fell and basically slammed it back in the counter to me. I said thank you and she gave me a dirty look and turned away. Like if it’s going to be an issue to request some sliced cheese at 6 PM on a Sunday maybe you should put deli hours up or hire people with better attitudes."

"This place has declined so much in the 2 years I’ve been shopping here. The produce and meat selection is awful and the quality of what is there is even worse. Not to mention the security cameras that they added to all the self checkouts that lock down the system if you so much as waive your hand over the wrong side."

"Store manager Jennie doesn't seem to care that her employees are drowning trying to keep business running for her. Deli, bakery, front end etc are understaffed and higher ends are no where to be seen. Would think 20 years with the company would show compassion but guess not."

"I went get gas today and the sign said 3.39 a gallon, when I showed it to the cashier in the cage, Kyle He repeats to me that the sign isn’t working, sir. There is no numbers up there. I finally get him to come out the cage and go out there and look he sees at 3:39. He runs back in the cage and changes it to 3.59 a gallon, when I asked him, do you have to honor that, sir he tells me there’s nothing I can do Kyle"

"Friendly helpful staff. The new sushi section is wonderful. Great selection of items. I rarely find that items are not in stock. The store could use some updating compared to the new store in Erie. I've been coming to this store since it opened so I know it is not that old."
