"They are great with customer service except for the time, about 5 weeks ago, when they had boys’ Nike jogging suits on sale but they rang up full price. The lady would not believe me, so I got out of the line after waiting 10 minutes in line to ask another associate to help and she saw the ad on the display and we went back to the register and the lady was basically ignoring her presence so after 5 more minutes I left the store. But usually they are great!"

"Shopping at Kohl's yesterday was extremely pleasant. I had a huge list of gifts to purchase! I was able to do so in a timely manner because the options available were well-displayed and well-priced. The service I received when I need to exchange several of the items later in the day for different sizes was handled in an organized and efficient process. I was most appreciative of the fine service I received."

"Updated; Ok so when I walk into a store I really don’t like how every employee I see asks “do you need any help?” Just let me shop! If I need something I’ll ask for it… Update; I went into the store yesterday and the service was great. I didn’t get bothered, or asked by every employee if I needed something, the cashier was awesome, she smiled, was friendly, didn’t bug me to get a credit card, the managers were there if there was an issue, employees were there if I had a question, store is very clean, it was AMAZING!!!
