"Talked to pharmacist early in day about a specific need related to a prescription. Went to pick it up and the pharmacist on site would not fill the prescription per the doctor’s orders and per agreement of staff present earlier in the day. Traveling out of country without the medication my daughter may need tomorrow."

"Send a prescription to the pharmacy and they were supposed to text me when it’s ready in 20minutes. No txt for over an hour so revisited there but they’re closed during the normal business hour without any explanation."

They said that the call would have been through a call center but I explicitly asked during the call if the store was busy. Frustrating."

"Wow!!! Truly amazing people that work here. Every single one of them that I encountered this evening made my entire experience incredible from the gentleman who works in the pharmacy to the gal that works in the pharmacy with him. They were amazing. There was a gentleman who came in who was being belligerent and I'm sure he was intoxicated or on something I don't know. Anyways, they handled it so kind and professionally. It was very impressive then when I got up to the register after picking up my prescription that they worked diligently on to get out to me right away because of a UTI and severe pain. The lady's name was Wendy and she was completely kind, up beat and positive. It is very nice to experience this type of interaction in today's society. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Thanks guys!"
