"They will keep your money! Go to arc Thrift or Just Between Friends instead. Dressing rooms are permanently closed. "For our safety" they claim. "Helpfully" they offer returns on items that don't fit. Where I come from, a return is where you return the item and then they give you your money back. Good will only does store credit. A store credit isn't exactly useful if they don't have anything that fits you. The store manager herself had to inspect my unworn non-fitting jeans to make sure they could be taken back. Then she acted like she did me a big favor by accepting my return. LADY, If you could keep your darn changing room open we would have never had that interaction. Now I have to go back and find something else. How the heck am I going to know if it fits me? This place is trash. Goodwill is an amazing organization, worthy of continued phrase and support, but this individual store is poorly managed, run down, messy, and worst of all; it's poorly communicated return policy and lack of fitting rooms is openly scammy. This store is being managed in such a way that it works in direct opposition of the mission of Goodwill. Shame on you!"

"I used to find good deals at Goodwill and donate all my stuff but now the prices are all out of whack. $7.99 for a cheap vase that used to cost .99 cents? I don’t bother going in anymore. Cheaper prices at Walmart and it’s brand new."

Apparently the bathrooms are closed bc ppl do drugs in them, at least is what the cashier told me, and they don’t open the fitting rooms because “people steal things” These were her answers. Zero costumer service!! I tried to return the things that I have to go tried at home, to only get store credit for two items and not the three I returned! If you can’t try things on, you should be able to get a proper refund!"

"while the staff are super nice, and there’s some decent finds here, they have the dressing rooms closed permanently, and have also covered up the one mirror to prevent people from trying things on. very frustrating if you’re trying to find clothes. unless you want to buy everything and return it for store credit. there’s no sign as to why the dressing rooms are closed or if they will be open again."

"I think it’s a good thrift store with decent collections. It is calm and quiet not too crowded. May be their collection could improve."
