"Figured to get a few good professional looks for ourselves to prepare for the new year. This store was supposed to been a good start, but this place was all sorts of cluttered and messy. It was as if they had the holiday rush and just... Chose not to clean up afterwards. A shame, really, cause it made looking for some good looks all that much more frustrating. Not to mention no really bold color options either. A lot of the styles were darks and muted colors. Perfect for the season, not so much for standing out."

"Why can't this location accept returns for online orders?"

"I was shopping at Express on Saturday late afternoon. One of the employees that helped me had the worst body odor ever. I normally never would write a review like this especially since I loved shopping at this store but from what I could tell she was a manager. I don’t remember her name, but I think it started with a Z. The smell was so bad that it lingered in parts of the store. I ended up leaving without making a purchase because the smell was making me sick. Express should have higher expectations for their staff. ESPECIALLY MANAGERS….."

"9/19/22 2pm Sales rack says buy one get one $5 on jeans. I picked two pair off the same table and then found other items as well to buy. After checking out and leaving the mall I realized I had not received the sale price on the jeans. I got one pair at 60% off and the other full price. I called the store to ask and they said not all jeans are that sale. I said I think that’s false advertising. They handed the phone to a male who said he is the manager. He said jeans are two different prices on that table. I informed him I had only seen one. He replied nope I can see the table now and can see both. Again I responded that as a consumer I only saw one. I told him how would I as the consumer know which was on one sale versus the other. He told me I should take my items to the front counter and price check. That’s absurd. I should never have to do that. If the sign on the table says buy one get one $5 I believe the sign. Again I picked both pairs from the same table. He then cut me off and said he will do nothing to rectify the situation. I asked the manager for his name and he said he is not allowed to tell me for safety reasons. I will never shop at express again. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had."

"I went into express this evening, and typically I am greeted with a welcoming staff, and asked if I need any help. This evening 8/20/2021 at 6:58 I was returning some pants that fit too big, and an employee that was wearing a white dress with large hoop earrings looked me over from head to toe, and rolled her eyes at me. Meanwhile helping another customer, I went to another one of the employees who was very rude, snatched my receipt from my hands, and told me she was just going to put the money back on my card to avoid me from wasting her time. I was planning on getting other clothes, and didn't want to wait for my payment to return to my bank in 24 hours. I didn't argue, I don't have time to, I shopped and needed some things price checked, instead of giving me the price, she said "everything is 60% off" well, I knew that, but what does the price exactly come down to is what I was seeking. The whole time I was checking out, the females that were at the registers just kept talking about another customer, and my clerk kept walking away from me, and they were talking about me through their ear pieces. It was the most irritating, and worst experience I've ever had here at Express. I would never come shop, especially if I see these females in here. Terrible attitudes they poorly represent this company."
