"Title Nine is one of my favorite women's apparel stores. I've been shopping at the Cherry Creek store for years. Ever since they moved locations, the customer service has been horrible. I thought maybe it was just an isolated incident, but I've been there several times over the past few months. Each time the staff barely acknowledges my existence. They don't show eye/facial contact or engage in any small talk. I have been rung up for purchases several times, where they don't even talk to you. Instead they take drinks from their water bottles, eat snacks and talk with other employees. There aren't that many customers in the store, so you would think they could give a customer who is purchasing a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise a couple minutes of attention. I feel uncomfortable going here lately. It's sad because they used to be so friendly. It's been downhill for a couple years now. The selection of clothes is not as big as it used to be, but I'm not as upset about that. I just wish they were nicer. It's almost as if they don't want you to buy their clothes."

"I made a purchase at the store (which will be shipped to my home) and the lady was very nice. Having said that, since I didn't receive any confirmation email etc a week later, I did call the store and the person I spoke to 'Sam' was more than annoyed that she had to look up my order. Not shopping there again! - now 2 weeks later, I still don't have my package (paid 130!!!) and store is telling me: 'there is nothing I can do' - Seriously? Don't order in store --0 customer service with an attitude!"

"I've always loved nine line clothing, however I was so disappointed when I ordered some bundle packages two weeks ago as Christmas gifts and paid extra to have them priority mail two day shipped to ensure they were here on time and they still haven't shown up. Its now after the shipping date for regular shipping so its just a shame I couldn't give my gifts out at Christmas and paid additional money for nothing."

"I visited last weekend with excitement about picking up some comfortable summer dresses and shorts. The selection was minimal- nothing in my size (small, med) left. The staff member was stressed and unfriendly. It was a very negative experience and I will never return."
