Vans

"I took my daughter summer shopping over the weekend and we get her shoes usually from Van's. Anyway we went into the littleton location in southwest mall. It was fine until I noticed I was being treated unfairly and sadly was being targeted as if I was about to be a runaway thief. After my daughter looked through the shoes and didn't see any she liked I looked around on a rack for some clothing for myself. After getting some items together I asked if there was a fitting room, shortly after that the teenager working asked to take the clothes of my hand which I was grateful for as I continue looking. A few minutes later I was ready to try on the clothes. He led me to the fitting room where there were no clothes......I came out and asked him where the clothes were and he brought them to the fitting room. Really bothered me that when he had taken the items I wanted to try on he took them to the check out to keep them there as if I was going to run out with them. I've worked in retail ALL my life. I know how bad it is especially now. But wow!!!! I was boiling pissed off but kept my cool for sake if my 7 yr old. Then after receiving zero help going back and fourth for sizes. I then asked to see some shoes to try on. After I found the pair I liked he took all items to the front counter again. Which firmly confirmed this Uncomfortable feeling. After I rang out, I did mention to the teenage boy.How targeted I felt and how uncomfortable it was. That's not how you treat customers who drop three hundred dollars. They really need to start hiring outside of 16 year olds. It's rare that I meet teenagers who actually know customer service have common sense and are considerate. That was absolutely ridiculous and I'm still pissed off that I even spent money there."

"I usually buy online but there is a really cool employee here who has great taste and is really helpful. Her name is Ollie. She was patient when I was being very indecisive. She helped me find the absolute best choice I was so happy."

"Normally this location has the best customer service, but this time was absolutely terrible. Two employees working and one was at the register helping a guest and the other was on the floor. No one said I work but both kept looking at me. I needed to exchange/return a pair of shoes. I finally started walking around to look and still not a word to me. One of the employees finally said something but was no help after that. I guess customer service doesn’t exist anymore."

"So went to the downtown store and had the worst experience ever. The fork acted like she didn't want to be there at all very lazy and unprofessional. But we were on a mission to get my boy some shoes so we went straight out to the southwest plaza location and they totally redeemed this store. Everyone was professional and helpful here. If you want quality and professional service stay away from the lazy pretentious a-holes at the down town location. I will never go there again. Honestly they're are damn luck we went to thos store and honestly so are we. It's what my kid likes so we gave them another chance. And are happy we did. Hopefully they can be retrained but I'll never go Down Town again straight to SW plaza. Good job gentlemen."
