"I contacted Rackstarz about a year ago hoping to put a roofbasket and some lights on my Jeep Cherokee. When I did it I thought it was a little pricey costing me about $1600 for four lights atop a basket. Little did I know that the lights and presumably the basket have a lifetime guarantee! So when there was an issue with the wiring the technicians took the time and energy to fix it and make it right for free!
