"I came in for only an oil change and 2 new air filters were just added to the receipt and I was told I “needed” to replace them. This was 2 air filters that cost about $10 each and they wanted to charge me another $80 for replacing the filters. They seemed to hope I knew nothing about cars (and how easy it is to replace an air filter) so they could charge me for a $100 oil change and another $80 for these filters that I can go buy and replace myself for about $20 and 5 minutes of my time. I don’t appreciate this type of business and the way it was typed into my receipt when all I asked for was an oil change. Know your car so people like this can’t take advantage of you!"
