"Worst store to do an return. I return a tshirt to the store. Had my receipt. Ask for my money back. They couldn’t do a return that was cash only. They could only exchange or on;y give $10 back. She thinks it was fake. No I purchase it two days ago. I would give this store an bad experience treat your customers like they want to. And give back what it was on the receipt. I will not come back. The lady should be fired"

"Poor customer service! I went into the store to inquire about a refund on the tickets I had for the game that was rained out on 5-8. The lady told me I could only exchange my ticket. I asked if there was anyway I could get a refund because I now have $5500 worth of damage to my car and it kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. Her response was that I was not the only person who had damage to my car and was caught in the storm. To this I responded that she is very insensitive because I was driving at the time, and I was so scared that my windshield was going to come in on me, that I actually went home and wrote out a living will! Extremely poor customer service!"
