"This Macy's, located in the Northfield shopping complex, is two stories of retail on the inside. The store was very clean, and the staff I dealt with were friendly and welcoming. I will say that the store is sparcely stocked and I was a little disappointed at the lack of product selection;however, I did make a purchase and was satisfied with it. I might shop here again but would opt to travel further if I thought there would be a better selection."

"I ordered a 5 piece luggage for pickup the next day. I received the email and text that the luggage was ready for pickup and instructions on where to go inside to pickup or do curbside pickup. I chose curbside but the link was not working properly so I chose to call the number on the sign. No one answered so I stayed on the line to wait to see if someone would answer. I tried the link again and it worked so I hung up and a minute later the young lady came out with the luggage and put it in the trunk for me and answered the questions that I had. I failed to get her name, which is unlike me. But she offered great customer service. Thank you. The luggage is beautiful and I love the color."

"I would have gave this Macy’s a one star because my experience just trying to do an exchange I went in and I told the lady I wanted to do an exchange she was giving me dirty looks and she said she can’t do that. She took my brand new jacket in my box and she was just talking smack and I told her that she was rude and I’m gonna talk to somebody else so she said to come get my receipt so then she snatched the receipt from me when I was trying to get it and she was just trying to confront me more and talk more smack!! I went over across and talked to 4 girls were so nice to me. I think they work in beauty or the perfumes, but they were so nice and they helped me and Olivia took me over to do my exchange. She was super sweet and she apologize for what happened. She calmed me down that’s why I’m giving it a four-star."

"I had an excellent experience purchasing cologne today at the store. The salesperson lady was welcoming, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She embodied what customer service should be around the world. I truly enjoyed her company and the experience. Cherry Creek just lost a regular for cologne. Thank you, Mrs. Lady again!"
