"Terrible communication awful customer service. Bought $300 boots which broke in 1 day due to a manufacturing error. They could not have cared less. 32 had a warranty and the shop wouldn’t warranty it. I was left with out boots for two winters. Avoid this shop. I went in 12+ times to try to get help. The only time they “offered” to help was after a full year when i posted a review."
"Wow!! as a snowboard instructor I was super impressed with the knowledge and selection of snowboards and snowboarding gear. After searching around in shops I would say this is absolutely the best in town if you want some quality gear to rent or buy. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful!!! The stoke is high here!! They really pay attention to your concerns and needs to get you the best experience possible. Highly recommend!!"
