"Beware. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. The owner of this company (Danielle) is pompous, arrogant, and cares nothing about her services and the customers who pay her bills. I've never had such a bad experience with anyone or any company as I did with and the designers employed at Urban Market. They get you to order merchandise that is expensive and marked up when you could get beautiful furniture on your own for 1/4 of the price (on-line) delivered in 2 weeks; they took 6 months to deliver. The worst part is that you have to BEG them to keep you in the loop about your merchandise they promised months earlier and if changes occur, etc. Find another design firm and spare yourself the heart ache."
