"Highly recommend their ski boot fitters! I have Scarpa TX Pro Tele boots and they have been causing me major pain since I got them. I had them heat molded at another outdoors store in town and it only very slightly helped. Still couldn’t ski more than 1 or 2 runs. I figured I’d probably have to get rid of them. But! The boot fitter at backcountry checked out my feet and immediately knew what the issue was between how my feet are and how Scarpa boots fit and came up with multiple solutions. They heat molded them again with many more tips and tricks, adding in padding to my feet during the process, etc. I saw major improvement after that. And they said if they still hurt after that they had more ideas, like softening up the tongue of the liner and adding in padding for me heal. Basically they just had endless knowledge for how to get these boots to fit me right! Skied on them and was so relieved! Definitely make an appointment for a ski boot fit with them!"
