"So happy with the customer service I received at Ski Barn. I am very you new to skiing/snowboarding and was looking to purchase boots without breaking the bank. Something that would allow me to get out and enjoy the outdoors. The guy sized my feet and fit me in boots. Listened to what I wanted, entertained all of my questions with helpful answers and found me exactly what I was looking for. This wasn’t my first stop but it should have been. Other places were not as nice. Thank you for giving me a great experience today!! I really appreciated it and will be back in the future."

"What an absolute joke. Ski barn advertised salomon dialogue dual boa online at $258. I called asked if they had a 10.5 and they said yes and that they would hold them for me. I drove an hour straight from work to pick them up. Took 40 minutes to find the boots. Realized they were a size 11.5 and not a 10.5. Tried on the 2023 10.5 and the fit perfect. They refused to honor the price after ensuring me my size was in stock and would be held. I then drove an hour home. Why shop local when you can get better customer service from a robot."

"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Unfortunately I rented boots and skis for a nice day at Hesperus. I also purchased new snow pants from the rack at Ski Barn Durango and when I returned back to drop off my rentals I noticed ripping patterns on my pants that were caused by their boots. Both legs had rips where the boot buckles are and have sharp edges that caused the rips. I told the employees and they took down my number. They promised me that the store manager would give me call but they never did. I'm not in colorado anymore but when I return, Ski Barn will be the last place I ever rent or purchase equipment from."
