"We lost our 16 year old son June 6th and we were looking for some hats for the Paul Bearers. We went in 3 days before to order the hats and we were told by the person working they would have them ready the day before our son’s funeral. My husband goes in to pick them up and they didn’t make any of them. This time it was a different worker and at first he said he didn’t have enough time, then he said they couldn’t make them at all because it was a copy right infringement. You would think that someone could have called, or the employees would be more knowledgeable. We searched all over town for these hats afterwards and were not able to find any. This is a very poorly functioning store and we definitely won’t ever go back. We won’t ever forget being let down for such an awful and important occasion."

"Unfortunately, I was that guy who stopped into the store right before closing. I asked the guy who was working if I could stop in and grab a few hats real quick. He politely greeted me and said that it wouldn't be a problem. After I found the hats which were gifts for my kids, he offered to stick around and have them embroidered with their names on them, even after the store had closed. I felt really bad, but I knew my kids would be ecstatic to see their names on their hats. He stuck around for 30 minutes to embroider the hats and wished me a safe trip home. Stellar service and thank you again!"

"Horrible customer service. Order took around two weeks to get. They say seven business days but it was eleven calendar. Was wrong size. Did not respond to customer service email. Did respond to poor review. Then failed to provide return label for shipping. Have tried two more times to contact via email as I work nights. No response. Worthless company. Get your hats elsewhere. Never again. Update. Public complaints illicit responses faster than replying to customer service emails. They are now refunding 17.11 of the twenty five I paid. Never again. I'm sure in store is probably safe but online hasn't been pleasant"
