"I went in today for birthday balloons and was completely overwhelmed by the number of choices. The associate at the front desk recognized my confusion and helped me with everything I needed. Customer service is a lost art in today's world, but the manager and associate that helped me clearly understand how importamt it is. Thank you for the help today! I will retun!"
"I asked an employee where an item was and she pointed somewhere and said it was over there, when I asked her to directly show me and take me she had got an attitude with me, it's not my fault I don't know where over there is...."
"They greeted me coming in and had a good short conversation regarding my items I was interested in purchasing. I did not feel bothered by them constantly asking what I'm looking for. Very nice associates. Quick checkout. They had everything I wanted and things I didn't know were there. Great customer service. I would drive past one location just to go to this location."
"I was told that restrooms are for employees only. I'm a mother of 4 wonderful children. All of them wanting to buy $60 costumes. But the staff refused to let me use the restroom. I was told "go to target". So, we put all the costumes back and went to Target. There the children could use the restrooms and they got their costumes at Target for half the price. The female staff was rude. There was one guy there and we could tell he felt uncomfortable by the how rude the female staff was to us. We won't come back."
"After I was told that they did not have any black lights, by the young lady that was working the front said, "that's not something we carry, and never have, sorry". I went and looked for myself (because I found that hard to believe at a party store) and I found over 30 of them, readily available for purchase. Shortly after, my five year old daughter had to use the restroom. We walked to the back of the store, where the restrooms were located, and they were locked. I went back up front and asked the same young lady if we could get the code to the bathrooms because my daughter really had to go. She stated, "sorry it's our company’s policy that our customers cannot use the restrooms, we have too many homeless people around here." I then asked her, "it's your company's policy that paying customers are not allowed to use the restroom?". She then stated "yes, but you can go to target if she really has to go that bad". Very Unprofessional. They did have the black lights at a decent deal though so that’s why I gave 2 stars."
