"Daniel saved the day! I had got my nails done at another nail salon and unfortunately, it was probably the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. I originally went to In-N-Out nails to get a pedicure. By Chance I asked if they would be willing to fix my nails. Daniel didn’t hesitate and said, “No problem!! They are the new manager at In-N-Out nails. The salon is beautiful and the customer service is awesome!! I can’t wait to get my nails done by Daniel again!! The work they do is really awesome work. Free had designs! "I went there for the first time! I made an appointment with Tia based on reviews I saw on Google and let me say she did not disappoint! I have natural long nails and they are my pride and joy. Tia gave me some recommendations of what I should get for my nails and wasn't that pushy at all. The whole experience was great with some talking and her precised technique when it comes to doing nails. The inside was very nice with kind people working! Will definitely go back there again! Photo is dipped powder manicure with natural nails costing $60"
"This is my favorite nail salon EVER. My friend and I go get manicures every month and we thought we’d need to try lots of salons till we found one we liked. This is it! This is the last nail salon I’ll ever go to. I take my little sister here to get pedicures too. The nail technicians are so friendly and the manager is wonderful too. I feel very taken care of and welcomed! Thanks for a great experience every time, and see you next month!"
"Update: I received a call from the manager offering to redo my nails and refund my money. This gesture shows great customer service on the part of the salon. I went on a Sunday to have a full set of dip nails done. They were great the first day, but one fell off on the second day. I went in to have it fixed for free. By the fourth day I had lost six nails. I would not recommend going there. My nail tech, Cindy, was very nice, but her nails just don't stay on."
