"We had gone for Goth night for my birthday! I had my sister be my designated driver and we were a little worried she and her boyfriend wouldn't have been allowed in because they are 18 but they were able to come with ID! The staff had thanked them for coming and showing interest in the event! The music was great and the drinks were reasonably priced and good quality. The bathrooms were clean along with the bar and dance floor. Super welcoming environment and staff. An awesome experience and atmosphere. We had a lot of fun!"

"I’ve been here twice for open mic’s to support my friends. Both times I had a pretty negative experience. The atmosphere was really off, very cliquey. My friends were also not treated with respect when trying to book shows. On top of that I’ve been told it is not an LGBTQ+ safe establishment after a recent incident with a staff member and a local queer band. Very disappointing."

"Being new to the area, I showed up way too early for the show, but was pleased to see that the singers were already in place and on top of it so I decided to stick around. Ad on table said "Vivian" and some "friends." People outside on the dreary dripping smoker's porch sang praises to the headliner's vocals and guitar skills. Long to short - AMAZING. She showed up with a repertoire of originals which captured the imagination and the ear! Her vocal range and oddly-resonant tones surprised and soothed. Basement vibe spot. Relaxed atmosphere. $10 cover after 8 pm. Food upstairs. What more could you ask for? Wonderful!"

"I went to watch a friend perform there. Sara Lee was so much fun to be around. Mr. Valdez was producing and also the host of the show. I also met the owner. Gentle was very kind to me. I was treated very kindly by everyone! It was a lot of fun!"

"Great new venue from the people who brought you Zodiac. Beautifully decorated, good sound, decent green room. Great bar, with a ton of personality, well poured drinks and the amount of personality you would expect from the minds of Gentle Fritz, Andrea Stone and company. Parking leaves something to be desired, but that is more on Colorado Springs, than the venue it's self. If you are in the area this is definitely a place to stop in for a drink, some food and probably some great entertainment and conversation."
