"To all women of Colorado Springs. I simply could not wait to review this place. My daughter and I decided to have pedicures done. We didn't know where we were going to go. My daughter frequently gets pedicures but I don't. I had physical therapy at Strive. As I was pulling up to my place of destination, I happened to look up and saw Lux Nail & Spa. After therapy we went in to see what was offered and pricing. We asked if we needed to make an appointment to come back on the same day service and was told No Ma'am, we accept walk-ins which was perfect because I had my granddaughter. From the moment we walked in..let me tell you.."EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE".. I haven't had a pedicure in 4 years and this was due to bad experiences and poor job service. I was skeptical but what the heck, if it was gonna be bad then I'd prefer to do them myself. My overall experience was 1000 percent satisfied. I received the classic deluxe at $44.00. It was everything more than that. I literally fell asleep. Ms. Lee was the technician that performed my service and she did absolutely perfection. I have never in my life had a more welcoming experience. She did her job excellently. Everyone was so kind and pleasant. All that was needed was a bottle of wine, fine chocolates and some beautiful champagne glasses. I did not want to leave. She gave me a pretty extensive message. My legs and feet were smiling. Once done, NO ONE rushed up to the front counter to have us hurry up and pay. It was perfect. Not only was I satisfied but I left Mrs. Lee a beautiful note of my appreciation on the receipt and a nice tip. I also have a little surprise that I have planned for her to come soon. I have found my "FOREVER" Nail Salon. I won't be frequenting any other place but here and asking for Mrs. Lee. (If she isn't married, I apologize). I usually go off of my first mind with women. We were treated fairly and with respect. Nothing but smiles all around. You know you've done your job when you don't have to ask.."Are you happy and satisfied". My daughter and I repeatedly let the staff know how ecstatic we were. We felt so at peace and at home here. Many people began to come in during and after our session and they also seemed just as we are..HAPPY & SATISFIED... EXCELLENT JOB LUX. You've won yourselves two new satisfied customers. "Walked in during a winter storm for a gel manicure and for my husband to get his nails fixed from splitting. Their power was out but they welcomed us and made everything work until their power came back on. Loved their friendly service and willingness to do a manly manicure. Their hand massage almost had me taking a nap! We’ll definitely be back regularly."

"Great customer service was in town for work and needed a fill. Took me right away, work was fantastic and beautiful, The nail tech paid attention to detail more than I would and appreciated the attention to the art work she was doing. I will be back when I am in town!"

"It’s been a week since I went to this place for the 1st time , if I can give a negative 5 I would. The 1st lady why did my nails was horrible she removed my prior gel and left all the edges in red knowing I was getting a French . Later I told her to please clean it out properly. Then she starts the French but barely put acrylic and you can see the prior acrylic in the middle and only would do one time gel layer and said she couldn’t cover it after 2 hours the manager or owner decided to push her appointments to fix what the other lady couldn’t do . She tried her best but I think ultimately they are all to old there doing nails need to retire . They have no sense in detail or care do doing nails properly. If you zoom in you will see how uneven and horrific my nails are. Not only that I had my gel ship off the thumb to then later in the day it fell off. 3 hours and $50 for a refill not worth the time. My people were booked and I was going out of town the next morning. That being said I was better off waiting after my vacation then going here. I went because the rating wasn’t to bad but I guess no one really does review for these old folks. Don’t go save your money."
