"Walked in to a empty store with one employee. 6pm. 2 hours before close. I was promptly asked if I have an appointment. No I said, then I was told she was by herself and didn't feel comfortable staying here past dark, being alone and all... BTW about and hour of light left and 2 till close... she refused my business offering an appointment for another day... I ask you the reader. Would you go back? Remember the place had no customers. This is a franchise, not some fancy boutique that only does appointments... no thanks... won't likely ever come back..."
