"Loan is incredible! She advised me to make the change from gel/gel x to acrylics. My nails feel strong, look natural, and have upgraded my game. She takes her time with her massage, and her attention to detail is unmatched! Thank you, Loan!"
"I LOVE this nail salon. My granddaughters and I have been going there for 2 years and all our experiences have been great. Services are consistent, with top notch manicures and pedicures. They trim your cuticles perfectly, have a great polish selection, fast service and end with a long hand massage. I have yet to have a nail chip before I return for my next service. Also their front desk is always professional. Even though the nail salon is HUGE, they stay busy because of their consistent services and top notch customer service. Best Nail Salon in North CS."
"My nail technician was Annie! She was very tentative. When I came in I was greeted at the front desk after washing Mt hands Annie greeted me. I like how quiet her chair is located it's very relaxing. I have been here before I came back and used their dip service. The other nail salon I would be there a while because that located they would soak my hands in nail polish remover.....I was bothering my asthma but at this location Annie used her tools to remove and wrap my nails in polish remover,. I will definitely come back but also wanted to say the dip product lasts longer than the other choices. My polish dip last 3 weeks. Annie was surprised how nice my natural nails are :) I hope to have her next time. The color is 061 fire engine red! Thank you"
"From a distance they look fine but a few are healing due to the fact that she did not cap the top coat. They are also thick and the deep French is not filled in on the sides. She also nicked both sides of my left middle finger and was very aggressive when moving my other fingers out of the way. She would throw my hand back to me when she was done and tried to charge $20 for my design. The only reason for the second star is because most of the lines are very persist. I'm sure there are other nail techs but based on my experience I'm sure I will not return. Total: $118 (ridiculous)"
"I wanted so badly to love this place. In fact, the first part of the experience was relatively good. But once the polish was applied, everything went downhill fast. I think the tech was in such a rush that she was just putting too much polish on at once because while my hands were under the uv light, the polish on several nails slid and pooled to one side. She seemed annoyed when it was discovered and told me I needed to keep my hands more flat, and tried to show me by twisting my thumb at an angle it simply would not go - my hands were as flat as mechanically possible. She did a rush fix on the first hand while the second was curing. When I asked her to fix the problems on the second hand is when she got curt with me. I said it wasn't a problem if she had an appt and needed someone else to fix them, to which I received more curt words. She "fixed" two of the nails in such an annoyed rush that I didn't DARE ask her to fix any of the other problems. I went to the register to pay and was barely acknowledged. After paying, I was still going to leave a tip (which has to be done in cash at this spa) for the tech despite the problems all over my nails, because I know they often depend on tips. I couldn't find her and wanted to ask the front desk for an envelope to leave her cash but neither of the staff so much as even asked why I was still standing there after paying. I tried to get the attention of the woman standing there but she was too busy chatting with another tech. At this point, my tech hadn't returned and I was so put off that I simply left. The photos attached of my nails are so disappointing. On one hand, the polish wasn't even applied to the top of the nail. On the other hand, polish is applied so heavily that it slid to the edges of my nails. I started off thinking this place was lovely and ended up walking out angry and upset that the quality I received is worse than I could have done at home myself. I expected, based on so many amazing reviews, that I would receive the same amazing end product and service. Instead, I was left with bad product, less money and the will to never return. I'm mortified that these are the nails I'll have during a charity event tonight so I'll probably keep my hands out of sight the entire evening."
